The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a crucial role to the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) as the agile development framework within AGCO. The role contributes to the definition and continuous improvement of all processes and tools necessary for cross-functional teams to enable them to successfully deliver new products.

Specific responsibilities of the RTE are (but not limited to) facilitating "Agile Release Train" (ART) processes and execution including facilitating relevant sync events, help educate the ART in SAFe, help removing impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.

The RTE will be working with a varying number of involved brands, products and functions on an global base.

Your Impact

• Help educate the ART in SAFe, supporting and enabling leadership and teams to become high-performing
• Help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement (Inspect & Adapt)
• Facilitates ART relevant events, e.g. PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Syncs, E2E Testing, etc
• Risk and dependency management within the ART as well as to outside consumers and enablers
• Helps Product Management & Solution Architecture in their efforts to manage the Program backlog and guide them while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Proven experience in large scale software development programs
• Experience in the role of a Scrum Master/Agile Coach/RTE in SAFe context
• Experience in working under SAFe
• Servant leader
• SAFe Certification (SPC, RTE, SSM) is a plus

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
