Who We Are Looking For

AGCO is looking for an innovative Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Application Engineer to work remotely in North America! As the CPQ Application Engineer, you will assist with the design, creating, administration and support of our dealer facing electronic tools: GSI Configurator, GSI Dealer Portal and interfaces to our backend systems.

 

What You Will Do

  • Create & maintain MATLAB code used for engineering calculations.
  • Create & maintain programs using React and/or Java.
  • Create APIs & Web services (SOAP) to interface external systems with CPQ
  • Create & implement ETO & Catalog product configurators using Configure One software, HTML & JavaScript.
  • Enable visualization of products via: PTC Creo, Real-time 2D enabled & JavaScript
  • Create comprehensive quote documentation & help pages using HTML & Configure One CPQ.
  • Test programs for proper functionality, document defects when results do not meet expected results and resolve defects/escalate as appropriate.

 

What You Will Bring

  • Three or more years of professional experience in software programming or engineering.
  • Proficiency in HTML web programming, JavaScript, MATLAB and React.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

 

A Plus If You Have

  • Previous experience with AutoCAD, PTC Creo, or SolidWorks and Java.
  • Previous CPQ software administration.
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to be proactive and independent, taking initiative.
  • Ability to identify, analyze and provide practical solutions to ongoing process issues.
  • Ability to organize work and effectively manage a variety of projects at the same time, while meeting deadlines.
