Sr. Customer Service Representative - Assumption, IL Hybrid


Who We Are Looking For

AGCO is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Assumption, Illinois! As the Customer Service Rep you will be the voice of the dealers to our internal teams. You will work efficiently and effectively through the proper channels to help manage the dealer’s orders and requests to insure timely delivery of our product to the dealers and our farmers.


What You Will Do

  • Process customer requests to facilitate commercial quote sales.
  • Work with internal teams (SIOP, Service Techs, Shipping, Outside Sales, Engineering, etc.) to process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as conduit between dealers and support teams to solve dealer concerns and issues.
  • Coordinate post sales activities gathering information for customers from the appropriate internal teams and systems.
  • Facilitate dealer purchase order process so that dealer requirements are in-line with manufacturing/distribution capabilities.


What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).


A Plus If You Have

  • Previous sales and/or technical experience.
  • Knowledge or exposure to the ag industry.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to be proactive and independent, taking initiative.
  • Ability to organize work and effectively manage a variety of projects at the same time, while meeting deadlines.
