The AGCO Parts Division has an exciting opportunity for an eCommerce Project Manager to join its join its Global eCommerce team in Batavia, IL. The role will play a key part in AGCOs Global Aftersales strategic growth initiatives and digital transformation aimed at improving our end customer’s experience. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our dealership network.

 

The individual will play a key role in AGCO's digital transformation and will manage the strategic product and service capabilities roadmap. The Project Manager will be responsible for providing business recommendations on new product capabilities from ideation through implementation as well as provide continuous business support and optimization.

  

What you will do:

 

  • Partner with E-commerce global lead to develop operational strategy, refine the platform roadmap and execute on all initiatives
  • Work closely with cross discipline internal teams (locally and abroad), gathering requirements to inform future evolutions of the e-commerce platform
  • Familiarity with every step of the commerce journey (discovery, consideration, payment, order management, loyalty) and ways to help consumers end to end
  • Create project plans and define product and market launch timelines and release goals aligned with key business partner objectives
  • Manage issues and risks and keep relevant stakeholders informed
  • Work alongside product management and development teams to gather business requirements and perform business validation utilizing Agile methodology
  • Identify and support markets in developing key skills for maximizing eCommerce

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s  degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience managing Digital Commerce strategies, ideally within a Digital Transformation environment
  • 4-6 years of Project management experience
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and working with developers to deliver feature roadmaps

 

A plus if you have:

 

  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with multi-function teams from international backgrounds
  • SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly Hybris) experience or other comparable platform preferred
  • Experience managing eCommerce strategies

 

Travel Requirements:

 

  • 15% of time
