Who We Are Looking For:

 

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of CRM Engineer.

 

The CRM Engineer works directly with product owners to fully understand AGCO business processes and how Salesforce can streamline those processes.  The IT Analyst III, CRM will understand business requirements and design solutions based on knowledge of the AGCO environment while working closely with the Salesforce global team to implement value added solutions.

 

What You Will Do:

 

Analysis

  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, etc. in sandbox environment.
  • Work with dev ops team to promote to QA/UAT environments for testing.
  • Support business by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Understand detailed business requirements and offer recommended solutions to IT Lead and Platform Owner
  • Work with Product Owners to establish regional/functional priorities and work with global support team to implement prioritized enhancements within budget.
  • Recommend and prepare documentation on best practices, business procedures, reporting, configuration and master data maintenance that can be handled by super users.
  • Collaborate with other Salesforce CRM Specialists and identify solutions to business challenges.
  • Own data quality for region/function.

 

Compliance

  • Ensure individual and team compliance with all AGCO policies and procedures including Sarbanes Oxley, IT and Security.  Follow established governance processes and standards. 

 

 

Support & Change Management

  • Resolve incidents and complete service requests to the agreed service levels (SLA)
  • Monitor performance and provide responsive action to issues maintaining high-level internal customer satisfaction to required service level performance measures, through the successful resolution of customer requests/issues/change requests.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

  • Minimum 3 year of Salesforce experience (Salesforce Certified Administrator)
  • Detailed knowledge of the following:
    • Salesforce security and sharing models
    • How to manage complex data bases including database design and data quality management
    • Agile methodology
  • Good working knowledge of the following:
    • The roles and responsibilities of the key stakeholders within the region/function
    • Deep expertise in one or more specialties with broad knowledge across a wide spectrum of industry technologies.
    • Previous experience with Mobile, ERP, and other large system deployment is a plus.
