Who We Are Looking For:


AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Global Warranty Operations Analyst.


The purpose and scope of this position is to assist in the administration of warranty processing procedures, warranty registration process, and warranty claim assessment for AGCO Dealers across assigned regions (Europe, Asia Pacific, North America and South America).  In all cases, warranty administration must be done according to the Policies and Procedures in the applicable region, as established by AGCO.


Claim assessment includes responsibility for the processing of claims within the AGCO Warranty systems, based on established procedures and guidelines. Disputes or Appreals on claim levels or claim anomaly clarification are handled with the Dealer in line with the published AGCO Warranty Terms and Conditions and AGCO Warranty Policy for the region.  The position will also provide Dealer assistance, and superior customer service to any warranty related inquiry. In addition this position will provide warranty administration and warranty related inquiry assistance to internal AGCO departments such as: Field Aftersales, Technical Support, Supplier Recovery, Marketing, Extended Service or Maintenance package suppliers and Corporate Accounting.


In addition, this position will provide process support to the global warranty team as assigned. 


What You Will Do:


  • Atleast 1 year of relevant business experience for the position is required
  • Administration of AGCO Warranty Policy and Procedures
  • Assess and process Warranty Claims, ensuring compliance
  • Enforce the rejects of incorrect or invalid claims
  • Process aged claims within established targets
  • Dealer Support via phone, email for warranty claim submission or other warranty inquiries
  • Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Administration within the warranty systems (labor rates, transfer of warranty or customer information, etc.
  • Specific analysis tasks as assigned
  • Specific reporting tasks as assigned
  • Audit support as assigned
  • Other general warranty duties as assigned


What You Will Bring:


  • Associates degree in Business Administration
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office) and computer acumen
  • Office and Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Agricultural equipment is valuable
