Engineering Specialist, CAD Administration

Position Purpose:

• This position supports the mechanical design of harvesting equipment.  
• This includes:
• Local administrator and supporter of CREO products for sites Breganze and Randers
• Implement and support Engineering tools like CREO to the engineering team and to the cross functional team
• Manage Project Link for offsite Contractors
• Support development of Virtual Build Process
• Support new initiatives that relates to engineering systems and standards
• Collaboration between other AGCO sites for engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing
• Participate in meetings for Engineering software and process
• Functional knowledge:
• High level of expertise with Creo usage and setup
• Ability to teach and write training materials in English and Italian
• Good understanding of organizational information flow of product data
• General knowledge of agricultural machinery like tractors, implements and combine harvesters would be a plus

 
Business expertise:

• Super user knowledge of PTC Creo
• Innovative mind set to create new smart solutions, by thinking out of the “box” 

Qualifications and experience:

• The job holder will have the following minimal and preferred qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or High School Diploma in Applicable Area of Study including Information Technology, Information Systems, Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering discipline
• 5 years of professional experience with Creo in a designer or administrator role
• Italian and excellent English language and writing ability
• Excel, Word and Powerpoint skills
