Field Test Engineer

Location: Breganze (Vicenza) - Italy

This position requires extensive availability to travel 

Scope of the job is supporting and processing the planning, coordination and reporting of Field tests in EME. 

This includes:

•    Processing of field test site activities during the test season
•    Reporting of incidents and events by AGCO reporting tools
•    Planning and follow-up of Field Test activities at the Test Site and Machine Test Unit in tight accordance with the team
•    Ensure test units and equipment are updated to align with requirements to fulfill test requests
•    Reporting of Field test results
•    Contribute to optimization of current and new Field test equipment and procedures
•    Temporary assist in Lab test activities during off-Season
•    Control and plan own activities in close coordination with other team members in projects. 
•    Representative Field tests and analysis
•    Plans the tests, according to standards or best practices 
•    Report field events with determined root causes

The job holder will have the following minimal and preferred qualifications:
•    Bachelor or Master Degree in Agricultural, Mechanical, Mechatronic engineering 
•    In depth experience with combine harvesters and other agricultural machinery either as operator, repairman or grew up on a farm
•    Skilled technician / repairman of agricultural machinery or a background in the agriculture
•    Fluent English linguistic skills – Secondary languages are also preferred.
