POSITION PURPOSE:
  1. To manage the assigned suppliers: send the delivery schedule, check the state of deliveries, manage bottlenecks or problems that may affect the feeding of the productions department  interfacing with the various corporate entities quality, purchasing, production , technical and production engineering. Periodic visits to the supplier to check the progress of the work plans, definition of improvement plans and monitoring their implementation.
  2. Material planning rules definition and implementation for new parts and existing parts.
  3. Logistics agreement implementation.
  4. Inventory management.
  5. Supplier service level measurement
  6. Improvement project implementation in agreement with the suppliers.

· Nr° of delay parts ,nr° shortages , RFT
· Inventory  
· Inventory level, DOH for the managed parts
· Urgent requested parts
· Effectiveness of the urgent request management
· Parts planning rules  
· Consistency  between materials planning rules and Laverda supply model 
·Improvements project 
· Implementation of improvements project
  • Supplier relationship
· Effectiveness and stability of the relationship with the supplier
 FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

 Good Knowledge of:

 

1) techniques of materials management and MRP Systems
2) methods of inventory analysis
3) systems of performance measurement in the SCM.
4)problem solving tools (A3- RACI).
 5) technical drawing.
 6) english language
 7) office suite specifically Excel and Word, Access, Outlook.

        

BUSINESS EXPERTISE:

General knowledge of the main production processes, the dynamics of industrial systems and markets. Capacity of relationship management in environments business, negotiation , management of priorities and maintaining focus in dynamic environments. Ability to work to targets with the focus on results.

 

PROBLEM SOLVING:

Approach with vision problem solving issues that occur during daily activities. The approach must be aimed at seeking solutions and implementation of improvement activities aimed at solving the problems permanently.

 

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Is requested  the ability to interface proactively with other corporate entities to the end of find them the best solutions and to undertake improvement actions. Must have the ability to be recognized as the reference point by the suppliers. Other skills required are:
precision, observance of deadlines, ability to work under stress.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :

 

1)  Is requested experience in logistics - production of 5-6 years in companies with high complexity of the logistics production system.
2) Qualifications required diploma
