 This is a sales management role of the AGCO Power Engine and Generating Set business facility in Changzhou, China.

Purpose of this position is to work in application sales, development, start up and commissioning of generating sets projects, for inter-company and external customers. 


What You Will Do

- According to company's strategic planning and market conditions developing an overall marketing strategy, sales plans and quantitative sales target;  

- Responsible for the development of the market and customers, and optimizing the system for the market to expand APG business; 
- Organize needed marketing actions, e.g. exhibitions, materials, customer relationships, negotiations, contracts etc.
- Maintain good communication and contact with customers, keep abreast of the state of customers, to gather customer information; 
- Statistics and analysis of market competition, strategy in time in order to adapt to market changes; 
- Set up the pricing principles; 
- Participate in design reviews, do some engineering if needed; 

- Other tasks assigned by leaders. 


What You Will Bring

- Good knowledge of diesel generating sets, other diesel engine application experience is benefit; 
- Good understanding of generator set markets in China and APAC; 
- Basic knowledge of emission requirements and  emission standards; 
- Good skills to work with Solidworks / AutoCad; 
- Good communication both in Chinese and English; 

- Prototypes development, assembly process and  testing requirements
