Digital Products Readiness Manager

We are looking for a Digital Products Readiness Manager with a passion for digitalization in our ONE Digital team. This team focuses on all global digital products and is developing new ways to offer the best experience for our customers by significantly improving the selling and marketing processes for AGCO and its distribution partners. The team is enhancing every digital customer-facing function across the entire customer journey to offer our customers an integrated, seamless experience. Customers will soon enjoy a consistent, best in class, personalized experience across all channels.  

 

The Digital Products Readiness Manager is an integral part of the Digital Transformation Office (DTO) and acts as a central planner and enabler for digital products across the complete lifecycle (CREATE, PILOT, DEPLOY & ADOPT phases incl. quality gates) ensuring high quality and successful go-to-market of ONE Digital products globally. This role is driving the Market Readiness of digital products via a customer centric piloting approach, first-hand feedback process guided by objective Readiness framework and metrics. Readiness Managers are organized per Agile Release Train (ART) to focus on specific digital business capabilities: this role should focus on the ART Smart Opportunities (e.g. CRM, marketing automation), but with rolling responsibilities in other ARTS. 

Your tasks 

  • Support global deployment master planning with Digital Product Managers and Brand Success Managers 

  • Track and communicate master plan changes 

  • Manage dependencies and enablers (data, legal, regional requirements and specifities) 

  • Prepare, manage and track quality gates at defined transition points of digital product lifecycle 

  • Ensure and track readiness of product teams and align master plan with their product increments  

  • Ensure and track pilot readiness according to readiness framework  

  • Organize and conduct pilot review meetings 

  • Ensure and drive responsive feedback loop and process back to the product teams 

  • Facilitate status report preparation and execution with Digital and Brand teams 

  • Manage stakeholders and escalation 

  • Prepare generic template and structure for a standardized deployment procedure 

  • Own and contribute to deployment playbook 

Your skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Agriculture or Business studies  

  • Experience in Agile Project Management, ideally in SAFe environments 

  • Experience in partnering with Digital product and brand teams 

  • Experience with best practices in global deployments of digital solutions 

  • Experience with large scale and global Digital Transformation programs 

  • Experience working in international environments 

  • Customer Centric thinking and attitude 

  • Passion for digital 

  • Business fluent in English, in combination with outstanding communication skills and a strong ability to build (internal) networks 

 Nice to have 

  • CRM Salesforce experience with regards to business processes, functions, and data architecture 

  • Agriculture industry experience
