We are seeking an initiative-taking IT Business Analyst to join the IT team at AGCO. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced environment and become part of a dynamic and growth-oriented company.

The IT Business Analyst is an integral part of the Global Dealer Integration Product Team. The IT Business Analyst enriches the team in the areas of Solution Rollout, Requirements Engineering, Continuous Testing, and Production Support.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with the Global Dealer Integration Team, The Digital Transformation Office (DTO), and AGCO Business Teams to own and manage integrations of Dealer Management Systems (DMS) / Dealer ERP / CRM systems to AGCO’s Digital Products and Tools.
• Work alongside DMS Solution Providers and Dealer IT Teams to assist with integration activities such as requirements definition, technical documentation authoring, testing and early life support.
• Collaborate with ACGO Digital Product IT Teams to understand new features and enhancements to existing Digital Products and update internal documentation (technical specifications, test cases etc.) for onward integrations.
• Refinement of User Stories and Features.
• Methodical support in generating ideas with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts
• Active participation and preparation for agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Support in estimating efforts for new developments and improvements

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3-6 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of EDI/API Technologies and standards, Dealer Management Systems, ERP/CRM Systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.)
• Relevant experience in software development and solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g., SAFe)
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English (German is an advantage)

A plus if you have:

• Experience in requirements engineering, testing and production support is desirable
