AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Manager, Salesforce, CRM to join its IT team in Duluth, GA. Only 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Duluth is home to AGCO headquarters. The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our dealership network.


The Manager, Salesforce, CRM is responsible for the delivery of Salesforce Sales/Service/Community, leading a team of CRM Business Analysts and Administrators, and providing thought leadership regarding the company’s commercial business processes and tools across all Regions, Divisions, and Brands to achieve best in class results.  The position requires a dynamic collaborator who can effectively build bridges between internal departments (Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Finance, Parts, Service, Quality, IT) and external entities (Partners, Dealers) as well as persuasively breakdown roadblocks when necessary.  The candidate must be a leader who can clearly communicate AGCO’s goals and instill a performance-based culture with a “can-do” attitude across diverse business units.


What you will do:


  • Lead a team of internal and external resources in CRM delivery; coach and mentor junior staff to increase business knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Implement best in class tools to execute on current and future business strategies across all regions, divisions, and brands.
  • Standardize and automate existing business processes improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Align and train the organization and dealers on CRM concepts and best practices.
  • Define key performance indications and track performance at Region, Sub-Region, Country, Division, Sub-Division, Brand and Dealer levels.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments within Wholegoods, Aftersales, Grain, Protein, and IT to build a 360-degree view of our customers, dealers, assets and products; support commercial leadership in effective and efficient execution of business plans.


What you will bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years driving process improvement or project management
  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Salesforce Certifications include Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Community Cloud Consultant


A plus if you have:


  • Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps) advantageous
  • Experience in DevOps and SAFe practices beneficial
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams in a performance driven organization with varied skill-sets
  • Experience leading and coaching multiple staff and driving superior performance
  • Expert in advanced writing, verbal, and other presentation skills
