Market Deployment Specialist

The AGCO Digital team enhances the complete customer journey, starting from when the customers learn about AGCO´s products and farming solutions through their entire performance life cycle. For the successful deployment of digital solutions for our brands as well as the After Sales team we are looking for a Market Deployment Specialist (m/f/x). The Market Deployment Specialist (MDS) leads deployment for digital solutions in a market or given geographical area, US & Canada in this case, together with our brands and distribution management teams. The MDS is responsible for planning, preparation of deployments for a certain set of digital solutions, according to the master plan, and it's timely and high-quality execution. The MDS is an integral part of the Digital Transformation Office DTO, operating within AGCO’s Precision AG & Digital business unit.


What You Will Do:

  • Management of all deployment activities - aligned with key stakeholder management – training coordination, quality assurance, status and progress reporting tasks. Escalate issues and risks as required.
  • Planning and preparation of the market deployment including dealer by dealer detailed on-boarding and training planning - adapting the deployment approach to the local specificities of the market.
  • Steering of timelines, resources and budget, and defining/communicating key milestones with the Brand Success Managers, Regional Sales Directors as well as Area Managers. Ensures regular communication to Dealers Principals and being the key contact for the market in all regards of Digital.

What You Will Bring:

  • Relevant Bachelor´s degree, professional training or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a digitalization program is preferred.
  • Team player with experience in international environments
  • Detailed knowledge of the following:
    • Project management skills, preferred agile Project Management experience
    • Expertise with training and deployment of digital tools
  • Good working knowledge of the following:
    • Coordination of many parties, both internally and externally
    • Monitoring adoption KPIs of dealers in the market as well as deviation of as-is against plan and define corrective actions as required.
