AGCO’s Fendt Division has an exciting opportunity for an Order Management Analyst to join its dealer team in delivering extraordinary results in Duluth, GA. The Fendt brand offers leading products to make farmers more successful. This includes developing exceptional equipment, products, and services for farmers, so that they can produce excellent quality with maximum efficiency.

The Order Management Analyst is responsible for the timely delivery of dealer orders through the scheduling of future production, taking into account the factory build schedule, the dealer request dates, and order management policies.  Additionally, the Order Management Analyst must prioritize orders and delivery schedules, based on various factors including the dealer request date, retail forecast, and district seasonal demands. The Order Management Analyst will work closely with the AGCO’s dealer central group to ensure all company inventory is properly allocated to dealer orders and for creating purchase orders. Travel requirement: Less than 5%

What you will do:

  • Reallocate available product to the best available dealer order
  • Liaison between dealer and suppliers for any change requests
  • Manage dealer order specification change requests
  • Manage future build requirements with Demand Planning Analysts which are driven by dealer orders
  • Manage and schedule dealer orders for production at plants or suppliers
  • Manage product configuration on future uncovered build.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Internship to 3 years of experience working in an order management, supply chain, or logistics related position
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

 

A plus if you have:

 

  • 2+ years working at an agricultural or heavy equipment manufacturing company.
  • Familiarity utilizing JD Edwards (OneWorld)
