AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Salesforce CRM Specialist to join its IT team in Duluth, GA. Only 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Duluth is home to AGCO headquarters. The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our dealership network.

 

The Salesforce CRM Specialist provides the first level of Salesforce support for their respective business unit.  This includes working directly with key business leaders to fully understand AGCO business processes and how Salesforce can streamline those processes.  The Salesforce CRM Specialist will gather business requirements and design solutions based on knowledge of the AGCO environment while working closely with the Salesforce global team to implement value added solutions.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Provide Tier 1 support for Salesforce related issues including data quality, configuration defects, training, reports & dashboards, user management, minor enhancements, and other system related issues.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, etc. in sandbox environment.
  • Work with global team to promote to UAT environment for testing and provide final signoff once changes have passed UAT and been promoted to stage and production environments.
  • Gather detailed business requirements and offer recommended solutions to Senior Manager, Global CRM; support business by identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Work with business leads to establish regional/functional priorities and work with global support team to implement prioritized enhancements within budget; oversee regional/functional change management.
  • Recommend and prepare documentation on best practices, business procedures, reporting, configuration and master data maintenance that can be handled by super users; own data quality for region/function.

 

What you will bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • Minimum 3 year of Salesforce experience (Salesforce Certified Administrator)
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
  • Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-add solutions.

 

A plus if you have:

 

  • Agile methodology / SAFe experience is a plus
  • Previous experience with Mobile, ERP, and other large system deployment is a plus.
