What we are looking for:

The Fendt Commercial Coordinator is responsible to implement and support the “Fendt Brand” business in his region, including tactical marketing, demand generation activities, Dealer management, sales and 1st layer of product support. It must develop and expand relationships with strategically important customers and stakeholders and support the premium service of Fendt.

The Fendt Commercial Coordinator reports to the Fendt Commercial Manager

What are you going to do:

Coordinate and Manage all Dealer activities at his region

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, parts, service, management resources and dealers, in order to meet products performance objectives and customers’ expectations.

• Guarantee the best customer experience with Fendt Products, being a multifunctional professional, that includes, despite sales, to create demands through education, events and Demo programs, and actively provide customer support as the 1st layer.

• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives for his region.

• Ownership to create and implement all tactical marketing activities, including regional Demo program, side by side comparisons, pre series validation, collect data (images, results, etc.) to marketing purpose,

• Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis, which includes not only Fendt portfolio full knowledge but also agronomic benefits and knowledge.

• As representing a premium brand in the region, shall be responsible for brand image and value, with ownership and ethical behavior and professional relationships.

• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

What do you need:

Minimum level of education required is Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agronomy or Administration.

• English proficiency is desirable.

Qualifications and Experience

• Agronomic / Agriculture expertise (mainly in Soy; corn and cotton)

• Product knowledge (Tractors, Combines, Implements, Sprayers, Parts, ATS) is desirable;

• Minimum 05 years of strategic sales experience in ag machine business-to-business sales environment ;
