What we are looking for:

1 - Integrate the "Customer Voice” on Product and Production Systems Portfolio Roadmap Strategy", with focus on Tactor Product Line and Associated Application on Customer Operation (Job Step), working in collaboration with PMs to address the LATAM Customers, Dealer and AGCO Business Goals.

2 - Define and Coordinate the New Solutions Go-to-Market Strategy, in alignment with all key stakeholders.

3 - Develop and Delivery - Product and Production Systems Value Selling Content (Technical and incorporate the Agronomic Services).

4 - Business Heath - Define the solutions planning to contribute on Business Sustainable Growth MS% & $ Share (by a deep customer business understanding to unlock additional value, being in alignment with market environment regulations & trends and tracking closely the key competitor’s strategy).

 

What are you going to do:

1 - Lead the Strategic Product & Production Systems Portfolio Planning (Current and Future Product for Fendt) in alignment with VT & MF brand business proposal. Work collaboration with the PM´s Platform or a Partner to achieve the Product Excellence and Customer Needs according to each persona.

2 - Coordinate the OPC (in collaboration with PMs).

3 - Promote Alignment and Integration through Business Areas such as: NPI Strategy (brand perception), AGCO Parts (end to end business), AGCO Academy (building people with technical and agronomic value selling skills), Service (machine, operator and operation Managment), Engineering (design requirements to attend customer needs), Manufacturing (machine configuration and production business requirements).

4 - Lead the Tactical and Sales Strategy Alignments for each brand and each market (Product go-to-market Strategy Definition).

5 - Track the NPS – Net Product Score Evaluation.

6 - Coordinate the Budget Managment (budget definition & control / special projects and expenses).

7 - Responsible for the Building and Sharing Knowledge: Training Content Consolidation and Delivery to Dealers (Product & Production System and Value Selling).

 

What do you need:

1 - Solid experience (>5 years) in Ag. Marketing & Market, including field activities

2 - Ability to Influence and Lead Multifunctional Teams

3 - Graduation in Engineering / Agronomy and related areas (e.g. Agriculture Engineer)

4 - Product Technical Knowledge (adjustment and operation) and Main Competitors (aligned with the focus product line)

5 - Field Experience and Production Stages (agronomic knowledge)

6 - Experience in Coordination of Field Events and Demonstration.
