IT Analyst l - Service Now



Job Summary 


The ServiceNow Adminitrator  will help to deliver all Administration & improvements to the global ITSM tool, ServiceNow. Your key tasks will be to understand, document and help develop solutions in line with processes set within the Global Production Control Team and Service Desk; authorized through the global ITSM Governance group. Ongoing, the role will support the development of the tool both for specific projects, on-going maintenance, upgrades, and managed improvements.


Key responsibilities



  • Develop code in the AGCO ITSM Portal, ServiceNow
  • Help/assist/suggest processes, design, workflows for approval to be implemented in ServiceNow
  • Work with the Project Manager & IT groups in delivery of specific projects for updates and major developments of ServiceNow
  • Maintain the ServiceNow application in production for AGCO Corporation
  • Manage the test and development environments allowing code to be properly developed, tested and promoted to production
  • Provide support for implementation issues and questions
  • Develop ITSM process documentation, and drive teams to follow the process and deliverables
  • Assist with training IT staff and in defining training requirements generally for ServiceNow users
  • Assist with connectivity of the ServiceNow product with other tools such as Salesforce, VSTS, Crowdstrike, MS Teams and SCCM.


Essential Skills/Experience 


  • University degree in IT, Computer Science, equivalent academic or on-the-job experience
  • 3 years ServiceNow experience, ideally with accreditation.
  • Specific knowledge of building and using a Service Catalogue & portal for a global company
  • Over 5 years experience in IT for a global company
  • ITIL Accreditation in ITIL V4 preferable
  • Working knowledge of a PMO methodology
  • Ability to influence global teams & ITIL discussions
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form
  • Knowledge/Understanding of AGILE terminology and processes
