Technical Specialist 
Location: Gebze, Istanbul


 

Job Summary:
 

  • To support Service training and all training activities.

  • To support Technical help desk and product technical support activities

  • To make investigations for training methods and improving (to adapt) plan(s) current trainings.

  • To improve and update his technical knowledge for current and new/future Agco product.

  • To follow up competitors products and tech. specifications.

  • To follow up new Agricultural techniques and using equipment.



Job Responsibilities:
 

  • To provide, dealers with technical assistance on service-related matters by phone, email and Agco systems.

  • Provide support on training courses when required. There will be a sizeable training element to this role. Ensure that training plans are developed and implemented for the dealer network.

  • To provide technical subject expert knowledge for dealer standards, i.e. training and tooling needs to provide an interface between customers/dealers and factory/technical service.

  • To assist and monitor technical issue resolution provided by Turkish dealer network. Make supervised field visits representing Technical Service in areas of problem research/resolution as and when required.

  • To make report monthly, quarterly, and annual for Technical Help Desk all activities (including statistical data).

  • To make report monthly, quarterly, and annual for Training all activities (including statistical data).

  • To ensure all training daily running facilities and reporting all issues.

  • To support all Agco Service staffs for technical and training needs.

  • To support warranty and parts unsolved problems.

  • To join tech. training for trainers.



Qualifications:
 

  • 2-3 years experience working directly with Agricultural Equipment or in a related industry (automotive etc)

  • Bachelor Degree level in Agriculture machinery or related industry

  • Fluent English speaker

  • Expert computer and administration skills      

  • Good ability to manage the dealers, customers, service points and staffs.

  • Ability and willingness to travel overseas      

  • A full clean driving license             

  • Good interpersonal skills
