We are looking for an Aftersales Growth Analytics Specialist (m/f/d) to own and continuously develop AGCO's global Share of Wallet solution. This role combines analytics, commercial insight and strategic aftermarket growth initiatives to identify untapped dealer and customer potential across AGCO's global dealer network.
Working closely with Aftersales, Parts, Pricing, Commercial, Data and IT teams, you will transform complex machine parc, service and parts data into actionable growth opportunities and support the expansion of AGCO's aftermarket business through data-driven decision making.
Your Impact
- Own and continuously develop AGCO's global Share of Wallet solution and support its successful adoption across markets and dealer networks
- Analyze machine parc, service, parts and pricing data to identify growth opportunities and improve aftermarket performance
- Ensure the quality, consistency and transparency of business logic, data models and analytical outputs used throughout the organization
- Collaborate closely with Parts, Pricing, Commercial, Data and IT teams to improve analytical tools, reporting processes and business value creation
- Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions, reports and actionable recommendations for markets and stakeholders
- Support dealers, markets and internal teams by transforming data-driven insights into measurable commercial actions and growth initiatives
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- Several years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, product management, commercial programs or data-driven business environments
- Strong analytical mindset with experience working with large datasets, reporting tools and business performance indicators
- Experience with BI, reporting or analytics platforms; knowledge of SQL, Tableau or similar tools is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international stakeholders
- Fluent English is required; German language skills are beneficial but not mandatory
