Aftersales Service Program Manager (m/f/d)

This position is responsible for the strategic and business development of the AGCO Commercial Services in alignment with the global AGCO strategy. The primary objective for this role is the ownership of the service portfolio (especially on Extended Warranty, Maintenance contracts and Connectivity) for all AGCO brands with a focus on Fendt, Valtra and Massey Ferguson and of the regional dealer incentive scheme for the EME region.

 

The Role itself can be located at our Bavarian headquarters in Marktoberdorf or at all other AGCO sites in Europe.

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Ownership of the service portfolio including cost, revenue and competition monitoring 
  • Definition/implementation of pricing strategy and regular price adjustments in alignment with the brands and competence centers (e.g. Harvesting)
  • Development of new service products, tariffs or tariff options including roll-out planning
  • Business ownership of the IT sales tools (CPQ and Service Calculator)
  • Ownership of the regional ACE-5 dealer incentive scheme including threshold alignments, provisioning reports, rollouts and training
  • Functional leadership of a small permanent team and changing cross-functional teams

 

What You Will Bring

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Agronomy, Industrial Engineering or comparable degree 
  • Sound insights in workshop and agronomic practice and a good understanding of the agricultural equipment industry
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in building business cases or financial modelling/planning
  • Sound understanding of IT systems and corporate ID development processes
  • Very good knowledge of German and English language skills 

 

A Plus If You Have

 

  • Familiar in the usage of Office 365 tools and reporting systems such as SAP BI, Cognos, SQL
  • Experience with management reporting programs (e.g. Tableau) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Awareness of cultural differences and openness to work in an international work environment
