Your Impact

  • You lead and develop requirement definition, analysis, and documentation processes across system levels for assigned projects
  • You derive and translate product system needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • You participate in system definition alongside engineering leads, ensuring cross-product reusability where applicable
  • You define and implement processes, methods, and tools in alignment with relevant stakeholders
  • You collaborate closely with the Global System Architectures Manager and other Systems Engineering roles  
  • You train, coach, and support process users while providing necessary tools and templates
  • You monitor process compliance, define KPIs, and drive continuous process improvement

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on requirements engineering and management, ideally in the automotive or agricultural sector
  • Solid knowledge of system modeling languages (e.g. SysML) and hands-on experience with requirements and MBSE tools
  • Proven expertise in formal requirements management and system architecture
  • Strong drive for continuous process improvement and automation using Agile, Lean, and modern technologies
  • Broad interdisciplinary understanding across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering
  • Fluent English communication skills and willingness to travel internationally
