Your Impact

  • You lead the development and governance of requirements management processes across all system levels for global products
  • You define standard processes, methods, and tools to ensure consistent, high-quality requirement definition, analysis, and documentation
  • You enable globally distributed teams to translate product and system needs into clear, actionable requirements
  • You support system definition in collaboration with engineering leads, promoting cross-product reuse where possible
  • You partner closely with the Global System Architecture Manager and other Systems Engineering roles to align processes
  • You provide training, coaching, and templates to engineers and product leadership to strengthen requirements practices
  • You monitor compliance, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and automation of requirements processes

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering with a focus on requirements engineering and management (automotive or agricultural sector preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of SysML and experienced with requirements and MBSE tools
  • Proven expertise in formal requirements management and system architecture
  • Demonstrated ability to improve and scale processes using Agile, Lean, and modern automation technologies
  • Broad interdisciplinary knowledge across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering domains
  • Excellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel internationally
