Your Impact

  • As an intern in our Machine Inspections area, you will be contributing to the improvement of Manufacturing Quality
  • Supporting machine inspections with a strong focus on quality improvement and process optimization
  • Helping create and refine inspection checklists, ensuring alignment with technical and dealer requirements
  • Contributing to the definition, documentation, and testing of requirements for a global inspection software tool used by our international dealer network
  • Monitoring, tracking, and documenting project progress in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Developing data analysis, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making
  • Gaining insights into global quality processes, dealership operations, and dealer feedback 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Ongoing studies in Engineering, Agricultural Sciences, or fields related to Manufacturing
  • Basic knowledge of agricultural equipment (tractors, planters, combine harvesters, sprayers, balers, etc)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical mindset and interest in process improvement, software tools, and data-driven work
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and collaborate in an international environment
