Your Impact

  • You establish and lead our global Warehouse Center of Excellence, driving best practices, innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement in close collaboration with regional teams
  • You design and drive our long-term global warehouse strategy, including network optimization, location analysis, capacity planning, and scalability across all regions and brands
  • You define and execute a global warehouse automation and technology roadmap in partnership with Manufacturing Engineering and regional Logistics Engineering, including lead plants and rollout scenarios
  • You develop and present robust business cases for warehouse investments, consolidations, automation, and technology implementations
  • You optimize costs by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements through process optimization, automation, and strategic sourcing initiatives
  • You lead and align cross-functional stakeholders and projects globally, defining KPIs, ensuring transparent performance reporting, and delivering measurable business impact

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5–10 years of experience in supply chain or warehousing consulting and/or operations, ideally with exposure to strategic and transformation-oriented roles
  • Proven experience leading strategic initiatives and driving operational excellence across complex, international environments
  • Strong expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS), automation technologies, and data analytics tools
  • Fluency in English and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30–40%)
