The Product Manager (PM) is responsible for defining desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable solutions that meet farmer and distribution partner needs and for supporting development across the entire product life cycle. The PM is the leader and supervisor for the Product team (Product Owners, Business Analysts, Product Solution Specialists). Furthermore the PM owns the prioritization of the feature backlog and is the only team member empowered to accept features as done

What You Will Do

• End-to-End responsible for the from delivery to application support and management
• Collaboration directly with customers, Business Owners, and Solution Management to understand the market forces, desired economic outcomes, and broader solution vision influencing product strategy
• Evolve the solution and synchronize frequently with the Product Owners providing them with accurate business context and receiving feedback on the feasibility of implementation
• Owns Feature prioritization, planning, writing and refinement incl. clear benefit hypotheses and acceptance criteria
• Responsible for the implementation of features in order to implement the agreed content in the planned time, budget and quality
• Accept Features – Acting on the customer’s behalf and check a feature’s implementation against its acceptance criteria and determines whether it contains enough business value to be released
• Balance stakeholder perspectives and proactive communication of the roadmap

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor`s / Master`s degree in computer science, IT or equivalent education
• 7+ years of professional experience in Digital IT or Product Management
• Experience in requirements engineering, testing and production support is desirable
• Experience in people management
• Very good written and spoken English

A Plus If You Have

• Relevant experience in software development and program/project delivery on enterprise level
• Expert knowledge in conceptually creating and driving digital solutions on a regional and global scale in a multi-brand environment
• Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude as well as the ability to interact with IT and Business departments and any level of management
• Experience with CPQ solutions would be an advantage
