AGCO is embarking on a multi-year, multi-million dollar program to expand our existing strong physical product experience into a Digital one.

The Digital Customer Experience (DCX) program is a major strategic investment transforming our customer journeys into new digital business models providing new revenue and value-producing opportunities supported by leading-edge digital IT platforms and tools for the benefit of our customers, dealers and AGCO. This includes new digital ecosystems based on a flexible and agile architecture such as Configure Price Quote (CPQ), eCommerce, CRM, Data Analytics and many more.

As a global program with its initial implementation focused on Europe with project base in Marktoberdorf, Germany, AGCO’s Digital Program will deliver an outstanding customer experience and the promotion of innovation within our emerging digital strategy.

The position will be based out of the “home” of our Fendt brand in Marktoberdorf. Fendt is the leading brand in agricultural machinery – whether with tractors, combines, forage harvesters or balers; leaders drive Fendt.

Product Owner CRM (m/w/d)  Ref.: 79804               

 

Your Tasks:

  • Represent the customer /dealer needs by engaging the customer/ dealer and ensuring that the business outcomes are at the heart of all moves made, be the voice of the customer throughout the development cycle
  • Develop CRM product roadmap that meet expectations of the stakeholders
  • Work with technical teams and other managers to determine the business value of proposed features and products
  • Act as a technical expert for the CRM Product, overseeing and approving the major technical decisions
  • Is the owner for the interfaces required for the integration of the CRM Product with the Agco ecosystem and with the other digital tools
  • Work with support teams as a Subject Matter Expert to analyze the technical impacts and to propose technical solutions in case of major issues
  • Own prioritization of CRM product backlog to be continually aligned to business value and own the CRM release plan
  • Communicating the CRM roadmap to all stakeholders, passionate advocate of product roadmap through development
  • Act as knowledge broker to resolve blockers
  • Documents story details based on the epics and features after reviewing with development
  • Planning and execution of story elaboration with team
  • Answers questions from Business Analysts/ Developers and clarifies requirements
  • Organize sequence of work by collaborating with other product owners to identify project dependencies and refine enabler stories
  • Leads backlog grooming to decompose and refine stories with other product teams
  • Contribute to the success of each sprint and make sure the team understands the roadmap and goals at the beginning of every sprint
  • Participates in daily scrums and program implement planning meetings
  • Ensure proper business testing on user story level, define test cases, perform testing and log defects
  • Inspect product progress and have authority to accept or reject work done on user story level according to the definition of ready and definition of done
  • Documents the new feature based on user stories for implementations and release notes
  • Participate in preparation and also presentation of product demos
  • Prepare product launches/releases
  • Experience in Agriculture, Automotive or Construction sector or is advantageous
     

Your Profile:

  • Be a CRM product expert owning the product backlog
  • Ideally having experience with Salesforce solution
  • Technical background is an advantage
  • Stakeholder management and Communication skills
  • Excellent collaborative, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experienced in Agile methods ideally SAFe
  • Be customer centric!
  • Researching and discovering requirements
  • Demonstrable experience and aptitude to articulate product requirements to cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with the technical, operational and legal and regulatory environments within which the products operate.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit coupled with good negotiating skills
