Job Summary

This engineer will be responsible for developing of Hydraulic Systems on Multi Platform Agriculture Equipments including:Tractors, Sprayers, Harvesters, Planters, etc...
Activities related with validaion and support field claims are part of its responsability.

Will work directly in the product engineering, developing projects related with NPI projects, CPM support and Suppliers Developments;

The engineer on this position, would be involved on local and also global developements;


Job Responsabilities

- The projects of your responsibility will be in the main Hydraulic Systems;
- The professional will be responsible for management and conducting the development process in engineering projects.
- Lead critical projects according to engineering strategy;
- Apply all the design best practices during development phase;
- Ensure that all the procedures have been accomplished before the drawing release;
- Technical synergy with another engineering design teams (local and global) - AGCO and/or Suppliers;
- Build and Maintain Product BOM (Bill of Material) according global procedures;
- Support the purchasing and prototype area to develop and purchase components for projects;
- Identify cost reduction opportunities;
- Failure analysis using right methods (DFMEA, 8D, etc);
- Create the Design Validation Plan;


Specific Skill Set Required

- Great experience in 3D software, such as ProE, Creo, Catia, NX or others in product design development
- Experience of Virtual Analysis of Hydraulic Circuit using a Automation Studio Software and CFD Analysis;
- Experience in technical drawings and GD & T

- 8D discipline;
- FTA;
- MSA;
- Ishikawa and PDCA
