What we are looking for:

Product Validation Engineer will be responsible for leading the project DVP (validation plan), executing durability tests, fatigue analysis and supporting all AGCO programs to ensure industry leading customer satisfaction. This professional will works inside the AGCO Laboratory to define and perform Structural Bench Test (MTS system), Shaker Bench Test, Data acquisiton & analysis to generate PSD and reporting. Product validation engineer will be responsible for leveraging analytical tools to focus on robustness and optmized design to deliver value to our customers, Farmer First Strategy.



What are you going to do:

•    Provide technical support through use of testing and analytical tools to meet customer requirements;
•    Support creation of DVP related to engineering documentation, such as test procedures, lessons learned, etc;
•    Responsible for providing technical expertise to engineering projects to ensure program objectives are accomplished according to established schedules and budgets;
•    Work with internal design teams to ensure designs are following best practices and supporting technical reviews;
•    Work closely with internal teams including the CAE team as required;
•    Recognize and resolve technical difficulties associated with projects prior to release;
•    Transmit information between customers and other stakeholders to assure robust solution;
•    Follow the new technologies and the opportunities to incorporate into validation laboratory; 
•    Define and perform data acquistion in the field (accelerometers and strain gages) and test into a Shaker and MTS bench.



What do you need:

•    Bachelor’s degree: Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics / Automation, Electrical or Electronics;
•    Experience with structural tests and stress/strain data acquisition software, front-ends, and transducers; Capable of reading and interpreting order tracks, spectrograms and order spectra;
•    Must possess a familiarity with validation subject and modal analysis and stress/strain/fatigue;
•    Desired familiarity with driveline products and driveline testing and analysis;
•    Availability to travel (about 30% of the time);
•    Proficiency using Excel and Power Point;
•    Advanced English.
