Credit & Receivables Analyst (Finnish Speaker)

A permanent position has arisen for a Credit & Receivables Analyst in our Business Credit department.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Administration of Accounts Receivable
  • Bank account administration/reporting


Duties will include:

  • Collect Accounts Receivable
  • Maintain Accounts Receivable ledger
  • Maintain customer master data
  • Manage credit holds on orders available for shipment
  • Process sundry invoice/credit note requests
  • Bank account administration and reporting 
  • Resolve queries - both internal and external
  • Administration support

Skills and Experience:

  • Fluency in Finnish language, as well as English. Any additional language skills would be an advantage.
  • Good systems skills
  • Team player with a flexible approach
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts at all levels to resolve issues, resulting from retention of payment
  • Ability to communicate up to Dealer/Distributor Principle level on subjects as diverse as simple invoice queries and customer cash flow issues
  • High level of accuracy
  • Patience and persistence
  • Credit control experience is desirable, ideally with an accounting background

Fluent Finnish and English language skills are required. Any other European language would be an advantage.

  • Basic salary: circa. £20,000 - £22,000
