Job Summary


The Project & Business Development Manager is responsible supporting the development and execution of the multi-year Global Parts Strategy and associated initiative programs.  As part of the Global Parts Performance Improvement & Program Management team, the role will also be responsible for supporting the prioritization, monitoring, and execution of the Global Parts initiative portfolio aimed at delivering commercial and operational objectives that drive sustainable growth in revenue and operating margins, including, but not limited to, industry leading service level improvements to meet customer expectations.


Job Responsibilities


  • Strategic Initiative focus: Conduct analyses on current business performance and market situations that pose an opportunity / risk to the business

  • Take responsibility: Structure, monitor, and report out on the Global Parts Initiative Portfolio to ensure projects are on time, on target, and within budget Partner with various stakeholders within the Parts Organization to identify potential opportunities and strategic priorities for driving commercial growth and operational improvements

  • Help shaping the future: Partner with various stakeholders within the Parts Organization to identify potential opportunities and strategic priorities for driving commercial growth and operational improvements

  • Create new Possibilities: Lead the development of recommendations and the execution of high priority initiatives in support of Global Parts strategic objectives

  • Manage Change: Leverage proper communication channels and ensure the right messages are cascaded at the right time so that impacted stakeholders are brought along the change journey


Minimum Qualifications


  • Degree in business management, Finance or Engineering

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, with advanced level Excel and PowerPoint

  • Previous experience in project management execution, within a project environment in a multinational/matrix organization; PMP Certification and /or MBA preferred

  • Familiar with the change management implications of execution

  • Experience within a consulting environment would be desirable, including the ability to quickly analyze and synthesize large amounts of data and information and to present the information in a cohesive manner to all levels of the organization (e.g. Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team, etc.)
