Valtra / AGCO Suolahti Plant in Finland is looking for 



Our Manufacturing Engineering (ME) team employs a strong person to develop processes and practices related to the management of production projects. You will carry out the development work and its implementation in co-operation with the teams of our department and our stakeholders. One of your main tasks is to develop, coach and establish AMPIP (AGCO Major Product Introduction Procedure) documentation and procedures for production as a part of our daily operations. Successful performance of the task requires not only active participation in practical activities and projects in separately defined roles, but also the ability to perceive and develop functions as interrelated entities. You work as an active support for the various leaders of our operations, and you also get involved in our international projects. Previous work experience from similar development tasks is considered an advantage.



You have a good experience of the production environment. You may also have previously worked on the development or manufacturing of new products. You have experience working on projects and have good documentation and visualization skills. You will be able to identify the best ways to present ideas effectively. You actively take things forward and own the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English. You have good teamwork skills and want to find the best ways to work with other stakeholders.

You have a bachelor's degree or a master's degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology or production economics.
