We are looking for someone, who has just graduated or is about to graduate from university/university of applied sciences, for the following position: 

Software Validation Engineer, tractor testing 

YOUR JOB 

In this position, you get to work as part of AGCO's global product development. In our software testing team, you support high-quality software development. Your responsibility is the software testing itself as well as the development of testing methods. Our testing team works e.g. in these areas: 

• Engine system integration  

• Transmission and drivetrain systems  

• Hydraulic systems and chassis dynamics  

• Driver's control devices and display terminals  

• Telemetry system integration  

• Tractor system diagnostics  

• Intelligent implement integration 

There is a testing expert for the each of the sub-areas. You will also be assigned to one or a few smaller areas that you can dive into. 

Knowledge of Valtra tractors or similar machine manufacturer's products is a plus, but not mandatory. You are a flexible worker, you take on things with enthusiasm and you want to learn and constantly develop something new. In addition, you are capable of accurate quality assurance work. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English both orally and in writing. 

YOUR COMPETENCE 

You are starting your software testing career, have just graduated or are about to graduate from university/university of applied sciences. You have interests and possibly hobbies, and your education provides a good basis for one of the following subsets: 

• Basics of software development process 

• Basics of software testing and quality 

• Basics of electrical engineering  

• CAN and diagnostic protocols 

• Automotive industry diagnostic systems
