This position is responsible for support customers and dealers regarding Product Technical issues in region of Brazil. Besides that, the Mechanical Technician is our Service representative that perform training for customers, explaining how to adjust and operate new machines, calibrate combines for a better performance during harvest season. On the other hand, he is also responsible for helping our Service Coordinator or Back Office (Technical support team) to evaluate deeper and technically machines’ incidents in the field to solve product problems.

Your Impact

• Promotes trainings for customer previous to the harvest season
• Helps dealers to deliver a recent AGCO launch or a first product with higher technologies and helps dealer to perform Pre delivery inspection, avoiding known issues.
• Know technically how to fixt all of our portfolio
• Know deeper how to adjust and operate our machines like Combines, Momentun, Sprayer and tractors
• Know how to support using EDT (Electronic diagnostic tool)/FENDIAS;

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Mechanical Technician courses and Mechanical skills;
• AGCO Products training like Tractors, Combines, Sprayers;
• Hydraulic and Electrical Knowledge;
• Know about Agriculture products and AGCO products;
• Now how to drive and have a driver license (B).
