Your impact

 

The Quality Analyst will enjoy a wide variety of quality analysis activities. The people will collaborating with several cross-functional teams and working on multiple complex tasks simultaneously to drive NPI-New Product Introduction quality deliverables and determine appropriate approach based on AGCO methodologies and Advanced Product Quality Planning-APQP. Also will be the Quality Management System-QMS internal leader, auditing existing system to meet ISO9000 requirements. 

 

Your experience and qualifications

 

  • Initiate, monitor, and execute quality improvement initiatives as Control Plan, FMEA and lead DMAIC projects.
  • Perform 8D analysis to address quality issues.
  • Lead and/or participate in investigation of internal quality non-conformances and determine appropriate corrective action by using tools such as 5 Why, RCA-Root Cause Analysis, etc. and ensure actions are effective.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and SQIE-Supplier Quality Improvement Engineering to ensure supplier PPAPs and Receiving Inspection Plans are properly completed.
  • Analyze quality data and follows up the quality production indicators. Maintain existing quality management system including ISO 9001 and related relevant quality standards. Defect per Unit-DPU, Right First Time-RFT, % Control Plan. 
  • Complete Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, the Sciences, or a related field. 
  • Minimum intermediary English is required.
  • Consolidated experience in quality, preferably in automotive and/or heavy-duty industrial manufacturing.
  • Experience with problem solving and Root Cause/Corrective Action tools such as: 8D, DMAIC, A3, 5-why, Fishbone, Fault Tree, etc.
  • Working experience with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and related PPAP, MSA, PFMEA, and Control Plans Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of automotive quality systems, particularly IATF 16949, desired.
