Your Impact

• Lead a team of specialists, engineers, analysts, inspectors, auditors and technicians;
• Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished products. Lead the quality function on-site, and off-site, to ensure that products and processes comply with documented requirements, systems, and specifications
• Supervise the Quality Organization and processes related over three important Pillars: Build Quality, Field issues, NPI – New Product Introduction;
• Ensure Quality and report to top management regarding Quality Performance (e.g., Kpis results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement;
• Ensure the Quality “Hoshin” (Quality Strategic Plan) implementation and deployment;
• Ensure and improve standards, procedures, and specifications;
• Ensure Quality Kpis Achievement and improvement/Corrective Plan. Guide the team on the problem solving process;
• Ensure that customer requirements are met;
• Working with purchasing and Supply Quality team in order to improve quality requirements from external suppliers (local and overseas);
• Make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet our Customer and AGCO Standards;
• Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency in Quality and Make sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors;
• Be active and motivate initiatives for changes and improvements and how to implement;
• Lead use of quality tools and making sure pears and other staff understand how to improve the business.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Graduate Engineering (mechanical, production, materials, etc.)
• Post-Graduation desirable
• Quality Certification is required and Knowledge of ISO9001 and/or IATF 16949
• Lean knowledge is required
• Advanced English (mandatory)
• Intermediate/Advanced Spanish (desirable)

Your Workplace

On-site: Ibirubá/RS

• (up to 95%) of time the job is performed in the office and with on the shop-floor supporting his team.

• (up to 5%) for Occasional travel to Dealers, Supplier, audits, meetings may be required.
