The Technician Chemical PL will act as a Technical Manager of the Painting System at the Harvester factory. System with electroplating technology, known as E-coat, considered the most modern coating technology in the world.

Your Impact:

• Management of chemical products controlled by the Federal Police (Reporting to the HSE Environment team). Creation/modification of curing recipes (time/temperature), booth standards, bath/drainage residence time. (CTI Software administrator access).
• Management of ISO and OHAS documentation (periodic checks and reviews of procedures - if necessary) - Review of Industrial Painting Procedures and Control Plans
• Qualification of painters (Qualification of painters for painting processes for new employees or every 2 years and documentation management) - Folder: ISO Records
• Purchases and product requests (Chemical products for the line and laboratory) STOPPED PURCHASES (Anodes, ultrafiltration membrane, chemical products, activated carbon, cationic and anionic resin. Definition and Management of Process Capex and Opex.
• Submission of bath samples for analysis with suppliers and comparison of results. Thermographies (Verification of the heating pattern of the ovens to adapt to the ideal curing condition) - Datapaq Software (license)
• Process Development: Definition of Make or Buy (technical analysis of the painting process for Make), Definition of Standard Time, Work Instruction, Standard Work, PFMEA and Control Plan.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Completed Degree in Chemistry, Technician or Bachelor's degree
• Active registration with the Regional Chemistry Council is mandatory
• Proven experience working in the area for at least some years
• Fluency in English will be an advantage, but is necessary to have at least intermediate level in communication
