At AGCO, we appreciate differences and value each other’s cultural identities, leveraging the perspectives of our diverse workforce to yield better business results. Cross-cultural understanding and appreciation is essential to business success and one of our core values.

In addition, our diversity and inclusion approach emphasizes gender balance, with strong focus on increasing the number of women in leadership positions. To support these efforts, the AGCO Global Women’s Network (AGWN) focuses on hiring, connecting and developing talented women around the world. We also partner with external organizations, like The Manufacturing Institute, Women in Manufacturing, Women in Agribusiness and Women in Engineering, who share our commitment to improving business results through inclusive leadership.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

We believe that diversity in all its forms strengthens the creative solutions we deliver to our farmers.  Ensuring equity and fostering a culture where people feel empowered and included is essential to delivering winning outcomes for our farmers, our fellow employees, and our other stakeholders.

Sustainable agriculture is fundamental to our shared future and is imperative to fulfilling our Purpose. As part of our ongoing sustainability commitment, we publish a Sustainability Report on our corporate website that includes ESG disclosures. In our report, we measure our progress on our sustainability goals and describe our actions and investments that have the greatest impact on our farmers, our communities and the industry.

The AGCO Agriculture Foundation (AAF) partners with organizations around the world who are focused on feeding our world sustainably and equitably. Through its holistic, action-oriented approach, the AAF aims to make positive and sustainable impacts in our farming communities.
