HOW WE HIRE

We’re continuously looking for talented people as we strive to feed the world by providing high-tech solutions to professional farmers. To support our goal, we’ve designed a straightforward process to help us recruit and hire people like you with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. 

There are four key steps to joining AGCO:  Create, Apply, Interview, Decide. 

Create:
-    Tell us about yourself by creating a robust, online profile. Creating a profile helps recruiters match you with opportunities that fit your interests and experience. 

Apply:
-    Once you find a position that interests you, simply click on Apply to submit your application.

Interview:
-    After reviewing applications against the minimum requirements for the position, our recruiters will schedule an interview with well-qualified candidates.
-    Following the initial interview, the most qualified candidates will be referred to the hiring manager for further consideration.
-    During your on-site interview, be prepared to answer behavior-based interview questions that help us understand your “STARs” - the types of Situations or Tasks you have faced, the Actions you have taken and the Results of those actions.
-    Remember, interviews are opportunities for both parties to evaluate each other. Be prepared to ask questions so you can make an informed career decision as well!

Decide:
-    If you’re the successful candidate, you’ll be offered the role. Come grow your career with us!.
