Area of ​Operation: Argentina 

The Field Service Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing service activities, ensuring that the services provided meet the needs of customers and the company, in addition, is to optimize processes and resources. The responsibilities also include defining and managing service level agreements, managing external service providers, leading teams, planning, implementing the service organization, and monitoring customer satisfaction. Moreover, the Field Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the entry of technical information on field problems for internal conduction, as well as monitoring their resolution and the consequent delivery of solutions to customers in an agile and effective manner. This position is also responsible for maintaining the department's financial health, controlling and defining actions related to the area's indicators.

Your Impact:

• Management of the Warranty and Technical Training areas (Warranty items related)
• Management of the GCE (Global Center of Excellence) communication to the Dealers.
• Management of team
• NPS (Net Promoter Score), Dealer Certification Program
• Representing AGCO in customers Lawsuits
• Monitoring of KPIs
  
  

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Completed Graduation in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanics, Electronics or similar.
• People management experience, team work, know about mechanics and agronomics, good communication and proactivity. 
• Spanish Advanced/Fluent and English Advanced in communication and writing is mandatory. 
• Available to travel
• Solid experience with agribusiness, dealer network support and aftersales services.

This position will be based on General Rodriguez - Argentina. The work format is remote (on the field) in Argentina and LATAM region when necessary.
