We are looking for a skilled and analytical SuccessFactors LMS Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions within the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, configuring the LMS to meet organizational needs, and ensuring the system’s optimal performance. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to enhance the LMS’s functionality and support the organization’s learning and development goals.
Your Impact
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze integration requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs for LMS enhancements and new functionalities.
- Lead SuccessFactors LMS projects; Configure and customize the SuccessFactors LMS to align with business needs.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accurate implementation of changes. Provide support and training to end-users on LMS features and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to integrate the LMS with other systems and processes. Analyze LMS data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and updates in LMS technology and SuccessFactors. Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve integration issues, providing ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and technical specifications. Provide continuous guidance for operational/support activities, ensuring seamless integration processes and promptly addressing any operational challenges that may arise.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Complete Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in the disciplines of Success Factor - LMS
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors LMS (necessary) and SAP Employee Central (desirable)
- Project Management: Ability to lead multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language – Fluent or Advanced is mandatory
