Management of local and global projects for different AGCO product groups, focused on delivering practical solutions to drive product development. Responsible for the creation of the Validation Plan (DVP) and for leading all phases of the validation process, ensuring on-time project delivery, compliance with required standards, and achievement of established quality targets.

Your Impact 
 

• Responsible for centralizing the project’s Validation Plan, aligning the demands of all involved modules. Leads the detailed development of the validation schedule, ensuring progress according to the plan and continuously reporting validation status.
• Manages and negotiates the use of validation resources, represents the validation team in technical discussions, and mediates scheduling conflicts between projects.
• Accountable for identifying and reporting risks through Risk Assessment analysis, as well as preparing and distributing documentation and deliverables for each project phase. Coordinates all pre-test requirements in collaboration with the Modules and Platform teams, formalizing the planning in specific schedules.
• Monitors the development and preparation of tests, including pre-instrumentation activities and the creation of documentation required for sign-off. Evaluates external laboratories as opportunities for conducting tests.
• Performs test management and follow-up, including full management of the Design Validation Plan (DVP), S-Curve tracking, and alignment with other sites for test requests, ensuring the availability of parts and components within the required deadlines.

Your Experiences and Qualifications
 

• Complete Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Automotive Engineering or related fields. Desirable Postgraduate studies or specialization in Project Management, Product Validation, or Test Engineering are considered an asset.
• Solid experience in managing Validation Plans, developing schedules, and coordinating test activities.
• Proficiency in risk analysis tools and quality control processes.
• Advanced or fluent English, essential for technical communication and documentation in global environments.
• Hands-on experience with DVP (Design Validation Plan). Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and SAP. Knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum. Understanding of technical standards and quality requirements in the automotive and agricultural sectors.
