Job Summary:

As our next Area Sales Manager, reporting to the National Sales Manager AU, you will be responsible for driving the continued growth and development of Sparex sales within a defined region of existing customers. This role will require you to have effective business acumen and understanding of modern enterprise planning to be successful to drive and increase market share.


Your Impact

  • Drive sales targets for your designated territory.
  • Manage and expand existing sales within the rural customer base
  • Build and maintain professional relationships in your designated territory.
  • Develop, and maintaining a call cycle on the existing and future customer base.
  • Able to identify and action growth opportunities



Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in sales and marketing; preferably, but not limited to, the agricultural, automotive, or outdoor power equipment sector
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of product interpretation and ecommerce systems
  • requirements product (SAP, LM3) and another Microsoft Office suite would be desirable

  • Delivers on sales and development strategies
  • Manages operations within agreed budgets
  • Deliver Customer/Product annual business plans


  • Align Sparex global, regional & local performance management process & strategies


  • Generate, interpret and report management sales reports


  • Liaise with Sparex internal functions to disseminate feedback & determine improvement actions
