Your Impact

  • You manage and implement global and regional supply chain projects in collaboration with EME plants
  • You drive improvements in material planning, inventory management, and KPIs across all EME locations
  • You support EME plants and suppliers during the introduction of new products with your supply chain expertise
  • You lead supply chain-related supplier development initiatives to improve performance and reliability
  • You identify supply chain risks and take actions to ensure a stable and resilient supply and contribute to transportation optimization efforts in alignment with broader SCM strategies

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international supply chain or logistics, ideally in consulting, logistics planning, or manufacturing engineering
  • University degree required, preferably in business, economics, or engineering
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills, with experience working across functions, sites, and cultures
  • Proficient in written and spoken German and English, international experience and availability to travel 20–60% depending on project requirements is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; experience with SAP MM modules and/or supply planning tools is an advantage
