Through products such as silos, grain drying and moving equipment, and connected controllers to improve animal welfare, the company’s mission is to provide smart solutions to ensure sustainable agriculture.

 

The North America team is currently looking for a Financial Analyst who will provide financial review, analysis, and support to the Grain & Protein North America Operations Controller in the daily operations, as well as the month-end, forecasting and budgeting. This position will also identify and implement process improvements, in particular the area of data management, scorecards, Capex and new product development financial models.

 

Your Impact

  • Support the monthly close process by performing journal entries, variance commentary and reporting, as well as on the forecasts and annual budget process for North America Grain & Protein, preparing variance analysis
  • Perform Cost Variance analysis (PPV) and Surplus & Obsolete calculations for monthly close process.
  • Support daily Inventory cycle counts to confirm & maintain appropriate inventory levels at our distribution centers.
  • Support on Procurement (Piece Price Variance) and Logistics (Freight expenses/accruals) activities, as well as maintain and improve internal reports through business partnerships and analytical insights on the various P&L items for the Parts team.
  • Monitor standard cost for products, ensuring system accuracy, and post correcting entries as needed.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SQL are required, Power BI and Tableau desirable
  • Knowledge of SAP and OneStream Preferable
  • 1-3 years working experience in Finance, Accounting or Supply Chain (manufacturing preferred), with experience in analytic roles.

 

Your Compensation

This position will pay within the range of $70,000 - $80,000 based on experience.
