Who We Are Looking For

AGCO is looking for a Talent Management Intern supporting the North America Talent Management team. As the Talent Management Intern you will have the opportunity to gain real world experience in the areas of talent management and talent acquisition, while positively impacting the people, employer brand and culture of AGCO.

 

What You Will Do

  • Support Talent Acquisition processes including creating job requisitions, monitoring and guiding the recruitment process and ensuring consistency in talent acquisition processes across North America.
  • Support annual Talent Management processes including performance management, the North America Mentoring Program, Talent Reviews and Succession Planning.
  • Generate and update various talent reports (recruiting and performance management).

 

What You Will Bring

  • Enrollment full-time at a college or university pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

 

A Plus If You Have

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Previous Human Resources internship or work experience
  • Ability to quickly comprehend new systems and tools
  • Ability to organize work and effectively manage a variety of projects at the same time, while meeting deadlines.

 

Additional Details

  • This is a paid, part-time internship for Spring 2022. Students are expected to work 20 to 30 hours per week.
  • Based on performance, this internship can continue across several semester (i.e. full-time in the summer, part-time during the academic school year).
