This position is for eligible Active-Duty Service Members looking to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program with AGCO.

AGCO North America is looking for Service members who wish to participate in the DoD SkillBridge internship opportunities at various locations in the US. As a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural solutions; AGCO delivers effective, high-tech solutions for those working to feed the world’s population, from planting to storage and everything in between. We have positions that are on-site, hybrid and fully remote.

Your Impact

• For the Service Member’s last 90 days of service; we match the Service Member with projects based on their interests, educational and military backgrounds. Interns are paired with technical managers at AGCO working all over the world. These project sponsors provide technical training, project support and deliverables for intern projects. We offer roles in many different fields including but not limited to:
  • Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Supply Chain
  • Manufacturing & Quality
  • Customer Service
  • Human Resources
  • Finance
  • Marketing
  • Strategy & Integration

What You Will Gain

• Experience to assist in obtaining college degrees through tuition reimbursement
• Additional experience in becoming a team player who can work effectively in a team environment in a corporate environment
• Experience in providing leadership for change and improvement in an agricultural setting
• Understanding of basic job function concepts, manufacturing processes, Lean manufacturing concepts, floor layouts of a manufacturing facility, and workflows for various locations
• Analytical/problem solving skills in real time

Your Workplace

This is an unpaid internship position at AGCO through the DoD SkillBridge program during a Service Member's last 90 days of service; the military continues to pay the Service Member for the 90 day program. Post Active Duty (day 91), you are eligible to interview for full time, paid positions within AGCO.
