WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources for our AGCO/GSI Assumption, Illinois manufacturing facility.  This key leadership position will be an advocate for our culture and values and partner with the business leaders to build an organization that executes excellence in recruiting, employee relations, engagement, development, compensation, benefits, and skills and compliance training.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Coordinate recruitment, staffing and onboarding of temporary, hourly, non-exempt and exempt professional level positions.
  • Guide all performance management programs to include talent review and succession planning,  and culture and engagement processes. 
  • Serve as the site subject matter expert for human resources, employee relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits and people and leadership development. 
  • Create and ensure compliance to site human resources policies in alignment with all established state and federal laws, regulations, and corporate policies.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of Human Resource experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment, with at least 4 years of experience managing others within the human resources function.  
  • Some previous experience with safety or full environmental, health and safety programs
  • Experience with MS Office Suite of programs and HRIS systems.
