As a Technical Customer Service Representative you will help support the Customer Service Team. You will need to work efficiently and effectively though the proper channels to help manage the dealer’s orders and requests to insure timely delivery of our products.

Your Impact

  •  Assist with processing customer requests to facilitate commercial quote sales.
  • Assist internal teams (SIOP, Service Techs, Shipping, Outside Sales, Engineering, etc.) to process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with supporting dealers and support teams to solve dealer concerns and issues.
  • Assist with coordinating post sales activities gathering information for customers from the appropriate internal teams and systems.
  • Assist with facilitating dealer purchase order process so that dealer requirements are in-line with manufacturing/distribution capabilities.

Your Skills

  • 1 years experience in Customer Service
  • Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Previous Sales and technical experience a plus
  • Familiarity working directly with a dealer network
  • Ability to influence internal & external stakeholders
  • Positive attitude and open mind for change
  • Ability to stay focused on high priorities and drive projects to completion
  • Positively influence internal and external customers
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated in a fast paced and dynamic work environment
  • Knowledge of the Agricultural industry
  • Aptitude to organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects simultaneously

Minimal travel is anticipated for this position.
