The AGCO Parts Division has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Customer Service Rep to join its team in delivering extraordinary results at the Batavia Parts Distribution Center. The Batavia PDC is the master distribution center for North America operating around the clock to serve internal and external customers on a global scale. This is a role with growth potential and developmental opportunities. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our dealership network.

 

The Customer Service Representative will ultimately be responsible for fielding inbound customer calls from North American dealers as it relates to specific parts orders. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will collaborate other departments within AGCO to deliver parts order information to customers over the phone and re-direct calls to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

  

What you will do:

 

  • Provide superior customer service to AGCO’s North American dealer network
  • Handle parts orders for dealers and respond to inquiries about product availability and price
  • Research claims for dealer returns regarding on time delivery and dealer order system
  • Answer incoming dealer calls regarding technical information, parts, and product promotions
  • VIP machine down service – uncover every opportunity to locate a part and track from order to delivery including working in Epsilon1.
  • Must be willing to manage calls via cell phone one weekend per month 10x per year
  • 24/7/365 Emergency & Priority Service 

 

What you will bring:

 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of customer service experience

 

A plus if you have:

 

  • Prior work with an organization that produces or sells heavy construction or agricultural equipment
  • Familiarity with parts or dealer service departments, parts operations, and manufacturing
  • Technical, Associates, or Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluency in Spanish or French
  • Flexibility and able to multitask
